A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of our surveying clients based in the south east, with a regional office in the Midlands.
They work collaboratively to achieve success and are developing innovative solutions to clients' needs providing surveys in CAD, GIS and BIM modelling.
They have been involved in projects such as, Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport, HS2, Silvertown, British Library, Olympic Park, Gatwick Airport and Hinkley Point C.

Some of the services they provide is topographical, measured building land, utilities, drone, GPR & site engineering surveys.They are very proud of their supportive and close working environment that aids growth and opens doors to new opportunities as we continue to grow.
Due to this continued growth, they are looking for experienced Utilities Surveyor to join their east midlands office.Responsibility & Duties
- Experienced in use of Electromagnetic location and ground penetrating radar, along with GOS/GNSS acquisition
- A good understanding of common industry practices and standards in regards to utility detection, such as PAS 128 and TSA
- Knowledge of surveying equipment, such as GPR, CAT and genny utility detection equipment
- CCTV/ Drainage Operatives willing to learn surveying skills will also be considered
- Working with survey methods and survey devices such as total stations, GPS and data collectors.
- Accurately and consistently record underground utility assets and manhole inspection reports.
- Provide the Project Managers and CAD Operators with completed utility survey reports
- Checking the quality of information collected on site, and the successful transition to deliverables.
- Take responsibility for other surveyors and junior team members whilst onsite and in the office
Experience & Qualification
- CSCS Card folder
- Total Station Experience
- GPR Post Processing Experience
- AutoCAD / N4CE experience
- Clean & Full driving License
- Right to Work in UK
- Topographical Surveying Experience
- Laser Scanning Experience
- QCF Level 3 or Level 5 for utility mapping
