Description

We're looking for a Caretaker to join our Facilities Management Team based in Norwich.

Within this role working among a great team, taking a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of the job.

Location:
Bluebell Primary School, Norwich

Contract:
Permanent, Part time - 15 hours per week

Responsibilities
As a Caretaker, you'll be working within the Facilities Management Team supporting them in various areas.

Your day to day will include:

Ensure that effective communication is always maintained within organisation structure
Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, customers and clients alike reporting any incident that may adversely affect service delivery and customer satisfaction
Carrying out fire and safety precaution procedures in accordance with the current regulations
Organising work areas so that the premises and furnishings are cleaned regularly in accordance with the contract standards and methods.

Be able to prioritise buildings, maintenance, or repair work, and achieve deadlines whilst remaining flexible.
Experience in a general maintenance role
