Description
We're looking for a Caretaker to join our Facilities Management Team based in Norwich.Within this role working among a great team, taking a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of the job.
Location:
Bluebell Primary School, Norwich
Contract:
Permanent, Part time - 15 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Caretaker, you'll be working within the Facilities Management Team supporting them in various areas.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensure that effective communication is always maintained within organisation structure
- Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, customers and clients alike reporting any incident that may adversely affect service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Carrying out fire and safety precaution procedures in accordance with the current regulations
- Organising work areas so that the premises and furnishings are cleaned regularly in accordance with the contract standards and methods.

- Experience in a general maintenance role
