Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager you will:

This role reports into the General Manager but will be expected to work closely with all departments to foster positive team relationships.
Day to day running of our showroom, ensuring all departments are operating efficiently.
Maximise all Sales opportunities
Motivate Sales team to exceed targets
Support, review and empower Sales team
Administration, diary management and following up within agreed timeframes

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills to communicate credibly with our customers, colleagues and senior management, along with the ability to hit targets
Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment recognising individual responsibility to contribute to the performance and success of the team.
You will have an understanding of the needs of others and a willingness to go the extra mile
The ability to keep uptodate with complex information, proven selling skills and good analytical and problemsolving skills
Passion for customer service, have a process orientated approach and be professional and wellpresented.
Possess excellent motivating and teambuilding skills as well as the ability to be a team player
Minimum of two years' experience as a Sales Manager, ideally in automotive sector
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Excellent 'People Management' skills
A full valid, UK driving licence is essential

Your working hours will consist of:
Two week rota. 5 days week 1, 4 days week 2 (Including weekends) Plus 1 in 5 weekends off
