Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager you will:

  • This role reports into the General Manager but will be expected to work closely with all departments to foster positive team relationships.
  • Day to day running of our showroom, ensuring all departments are operating efficiently.
  • Maximise all Sales opportunities
  • Motivate Sales team to exceed targets
  • Support, review and empower Sales team
  • Administration, diary management and following up within agreed timeframes

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills to communicate credibly with our customers, colleagues and senior management, along with the ability to hit targets
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment recognising individual responsibility to contribute to the performance and success of the team.
  • You will have an understanding of the needs of others and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • The ability to keep uptodate with complex information, proven selling skills and good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Passion for customer service, have a process orientated approach and be professional and wellpresented.
  • Possess excellent motivating and teambuilding skills as well as the ability to be a team player
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Sales Manager, ideally in automotive sector
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent 'People Management' skills
  • A full valid, UK driving licence is essential

Your working hours will consist of:
Two week rota. 5 days week 1, 4 days week 2 (Including weekends) Plus 1 in 5 weekends off
