Our aim is to make sure that our organization follows a 100% model and is run by passionate, dedicated & talented volunteers - in roles that fulfill and empower them.

• Work with the founder and administrative team to develop and prepare strategic proposal contents;
• Design, implement and maintain a proposal structure and management. For example, processes, materials and templates for proposal writing and responses;
• Develop and maintain proposal responses for a wide range of audience;
• Collaborate with colleagues, to design creative approaches to accomplish the organisation's goals.
• Oversee the evaluation of proposal management and processes;
• Proof fundraising collateral;
• Assist with the maintenance of donor records;
• Ensure that technical support is provided throughout proposals, fundraising and delivery as required;
• Assist with or prepare documentation for submission to the regulator and funders;

• Passionate about making a real difference in the world
• Pays attention to detail and will see tasks through to completion;
• Highly organised with the ability to keep to timelines;
• Is a team player with the ability to work with people from differing backgrounds;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral);
• Is a selfstarter who can manage their own time and would proactively seek and execute activities that will add value to our organisation;
• Ability to be collaborative, flexible and adaptive

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and indesign publishing software;
• Experience writing funding proposals as well as providing advice on approaches and strategies;
• Experience of managing proposals from start to finish;
• A proven track record of writing content /content management;
• Exceptional time management skills;
• Has good publishing experience to format submissions;
• Has good report writing skills;
• Strong English language skills.

• Proposal writing: 3 years (preferred)
• Grant writing: 2 years (preferred)
• Bid writing: 3 years (preferred)
