This is a newly created 'trading counterparty analyst' role working directly for the EMEA Front Office Business Manager. The firm are growing rapidly, looking to foster the best possible mutually beneficial relationships with all of their trading counterparties
- the objective for the new hire is to offer quantitative and qualitative feedback when reviewing counterparties (wallet analysis, scorecards etc.). There is a significant IT budget / resources dedicated to the build out of this new program - the hire willwork closely with the tech teams, as project manager. The hire will also work directly with traders to further understand / analyse its existing counterparties + to ensure that the firm has the most efficient relationship with all of them (where value is optimal).


For what is a crucial hire, my client is looking to offer a big increase on current base as an incentive to join.

You can also expect to receive a front office bonus (a large % of your base will be realised as a bonus for a top performer).
