  • Responsibilities_:
  • Partner with managers to develop, retain, and manage their teams, providing guidance and support on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from their first day.
  • Work on various peoplerelated projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement programs, and organizational development projects.
  • Produce regular reports and analytics to provide insights into key HR metrics and trends, guiding datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to optimize HR operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • What we're looking for:_

Proven experience in a technology-based start-up or scale-up environment, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.

  • A passion for driving positive change and making a real impact on company culture and success.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive and resultsoriented approach, with the ability to think strategically and drive initiatives forward.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Personio) and other HR tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A collaborative and teamoriented mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed.
  • CIPD5 or equivalent experience.
