The partners of an expanding firm are looking for a Head of Employment to help grow and develop their existing team.

The head of employment will be joining the firm at an exiting time as they grow rapidly.

The Head of Employment's Role

The successful Head of Employment will work to increase the existing client base and help to grow the department through building a strong team.

You will work with a variety of employment matters such as workers rights, professional negligence, disciplinary hearings and salary disputes.

You will work, and support your team with, both individuals and businesses and will provide a broad range of guidance and advisory support to these clients.

The Head of Employment

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
Proven Employment Law experience
Keen on business development
Existing client portfolio advantageous but not essential
Strong communication skills
