About the role:
The Strategic Partner:
HR Project works within the Human Resources Unit (HRU) and is responsible for delivering high level project management, at a fast pace ensuring high business value to colleagues and stakeholders across multiple work streams linked to the People Systems Strategic Review, HRU annual Business Plan, Corporate Plan and the People Strategy.
Working closely with both HR and Change, Digital and Innovation (CDi) colleagues you will develop the functionality of our people systems and will have responsibility for the delivery of HR projects.
One of the main aims of the HR Unit is to support a skilled, diverse and motivated workforce, focusing on contribution and performance, resilience and wellbeing, so our organisational priorities are delivered.
As Strategic Partner:
HR Project, you will support our transformation journey ensuring that we improve our HR services and create great experiences for our people.
You will be based in Saughton House, Edinburgh which is accessible by bus, train, and bicycle; it is also on the Edinburgh tram line.
A Hybrid Working Policy is in place and you will be expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week (including Wednesday) with the remainder working from home.
