Description
We have a vacancy for a Learning & Development Partner (L&D Partner) based at our Leeds head office (with flexibility around hybrid working).
This will be a strategic level role working with the senior leadership team within our Engineering division and the Head of Group Learning and Development to deliver a broad range of innovative learning solutions in support of the business' strategy; working in a consultative manner to identify and deliver timely, appropriate and effective learning throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the business to achieve relevant accreditations i.e. IIP/IID
- Liaise and manage any 3rd party delivery ensuring the expected standards are met
- Coaching and mentoring plus the ability to understand and facilitate feedback from psychometric tools.
- Consult with the business to understand their learning and development needs in detail and facilitate delivery of the most appropriate solutions
- Work with the Head of Group Learning and Development to align the L&D offer with the overall business strategy
- Work with the business and develop strong relationships with HR to scope and design learning solutions
- Deliver learning at a senior level across the business, demonstrating expert facilitation and presentation skills
- Develop robust evaluation and reporting measures for all learning solutions
- Design, and deliver a broad range of learning solutions e.g. classroom, online etc. using the 70:20:10 model.
- Benchmarking and regularly review of content keeping it up to date
- Support talent, succession and early careers programmes
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in an L&D Partner or L&D Manager role, ideally within the Engineering or Construction industries.
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Qualified at level A & B in Occupational Testing
- ILM accredited or equivalent
