We are looking for a down to earth, positive, friendly person to join this family run business.

You'll have a genuine love for people and want to support the businesses you partner with to make them the best place to work.

Working with the Ops Managers this person will ensure that there is clear manpower planning in place for the businesses and that they attract and retain the best colleagues who are aligned to their values and behaviours.

The People Business Partner willfollow up on Colleague Survey results and work with managers to ensure they have achievable action plans in place, follow up on learning initiatives, working closely with the Head of Learning, and ensure that Managers and Colleagues are using our new PeopleSystem to effectively lead our teams in a modern workplace.
