Other tasks will include:
- Administering the Company's time and attendance system (Protime) for weekly payroll hours.
- Manage the Company's pension, and related processes.
- Administer the Company's employee benefit schemes.
- Maintain employee records using SAP SuccessFactors and SDWorx HR systems.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly payroll/HR reports including headcount, turnover.
- Working closely with the Human Resource Director to take responsibility for some daytoday HR matters.
- Senior level payroll experience of both weekly and monthly payroll processing including RTI and year end procedures.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience of working with the SD Works payroll system would be a significant advantage, although not essential
