Description

Other tasks will include:

  • Administering the Company's time and attendance system (Protime) for weekly payroll hours.
  • Manage the Company's pension, and related processes.
  • Administer the Company's employee benefit schemes.
  • Maintain employee records using SAP SuccessFactors and SDWorx HR systems.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly payroll/HR reports including headcount, turnover.
  • Working closely with the Human Resource Director to take responsibility for some daytoday HR matters.
  • Senior level payroll experience of both weekly and monthly payroll processing including RTI and year end procedures.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience of working with the SD Works payroll system would be a significant advantage, although not essential
