Due to explosive growth, we are now seeking a dedicated in-house Health and Safety/Compliance Executive to join our dynamic team and ensure our operations continue to meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on health and safety practices and procedures.
- Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all legal health and safety requirements are met.
- Keep uptodate with new legislation and best practices in health and safety and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a health and safety executive role.
- Proven experience in dealing with compliance within the construction industry.
- Indepth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction sector.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).

Pay:
£23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
