WEST MIDLANDS (HYBRID)
This role is a highly exciting opportunity for a Head of Insight to take on a role for a highly reputable travel company with exciting data-driven plans going forward


THE COMPANY
The company are renowned throughout Europe as a high-end travel company, specialising in cruise holidays.

Since Covid restrictions were lifted, the travel industry has grown more than ever before, and the company have decided to turn to a data transformationat a time of such fast growth.


THE ROLE
The day to day of the role will typically involve:

  • Analysing customer and competitor behaviour
  • Ensuring the brand is as marketable and up to standard as possible
  • Work alongside the Marketing and CRM teams
  • Show expertise in customer segmentation and identify where change is needed
  • Work closely with the company's external agencies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong SQL abilities and experience
  • Experience managing and/or mentoring others
  • Ideally an ecommerce or travel background
  • Hands on role despite being a Head role. Must show enthusiasm to get stuck in
  • 5 years' analytics experience and ideally previous 'Head of' roles
  • Stakeholder management
