Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic Events Management business who are looking to recruit a Sales Executive on a permanent basis due to growth.

The business mainly provides services to corporate events which generally take place on weekdays, although some weekend working will be required, and there is a high degree of flexibility regarding working hours, as well as an understanding that this is nota 9-5 job.

The primary function of the role is to help exhibitors to choose the right technology to promote their service. This enhances their event experience and ultimately, your success will be demonstrated by your clients' success with their event.

Duties and responsibilities:

You will create quotations for exhibitors, understanding their objectives and identifying the best solution for their needs.
For some larger events you will go to site to meet clients and assist with coordination of exhibitor orders.
You will receive and process orders directly from clients.
You will help to drive revenue from both new prospects and existing clients.
You will utilise the CRM to provide up to date management information and reports.

Qualifications and experience:

Demonstrable track record of sales achievement and basic commercial skills.
Experience of working in a fastpaced office team, contributing ideas and knowledge.
A keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn about new technology that might enhance clients' experiences.
A good level of numeracy and excellent attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to communicate in Spanish would be an advantage.
Very good IT skills including being competent with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
