Credit Controller - About the Role

  • Monitoring ledgers to identify customers reaching credit limits
  • Negotiation with customers to resolve outstanding issues and secure payment of overdue debt
  • Reconciliation of customer statements
  • Provide Collection Manager and Sales Department with analysis on late paying customers and any forthcoming issues
  • Dealing with queries from both internal and external customers
  • Acting on unpaid ledgers and prepare required legal paperwork.

The successful Credit Controller should have

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience with a credit control or financebased role.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good Excel and Outlook skills
