Description

Do you have experience delivering high-quality customer service? If so, we have a great opportunity for you within our Developer Services team.


Our Developer Services team deals with all types of new development and is the central point of contact, offering guidance and advice on water supply and drainage issues for developers, councils and the public.


What you'll do:


This is a busy position that requires you to be able to work to tight timescales to ensure target levels of service are always met while managing and maintaining relationships with external/internal customers.


What you'll need:

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • five GCSEs grade C or above, including English and maths
- computer literacy
- the ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet target levels of service
- to be a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail
- a proven ability to communicate with all levels and provide excellent customer service.
