Description

NHS England commit that personalised care will benefit up to 2.5 million people by 2024, giving them the same choice and control over their mental and physical health that they have come to expect in every other aspect of their life.

Training the BOB ICS health sector workforce to deliver personalised care is an essential step towards the delivery of the NHS Long term Plan.


At BOB ICB the Personalised Care training team are part of Nursing Directorate and are tasked to embed Personalised Care approaches across the health workforce.

They deliver training to embed the Comprehensive Model of Personalised Care in Shared Decision Making, Making Every Contact Count, Personalised Care and Support Planning training, Motivational Interviewing and strive to ensure that personalised care becomes business as usual across the health system.

Oversight and support will be provided by the personalised care training manager and personalised care lead.

This role will require travel across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire or Berkshire West at least 2 days a week as training could be face to face.

The rest of the week is open to remote working or an occasional visit to one of our base offices (Reading, Oxford or Aylesbury)
