About the role
As a Team Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support via different communication channels in a timely manner.
Working asa team is key in this role in order to work together and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence by adhering to agreed standard operating procedures and making suggestions for improvements.
Key Accountabilities
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Operations team
- To ensure support is provided to meet team and wider business objectives and requirements
- To facilitate and efficiently coordinate and administer key activities
- To assist with the smooth running of the team including diary management, purchase orders, reporting, maintenance of systems and records, ensuring accurate and uptodate documentation and information is held
- Coordinate the flow of information from both internal and external stakeholders
- Creating adhoc and bespoke KPI reports for the Management team, providing key and relevant data as and when required from a variety of different sources
- Produce standard reporting from the IMS system (near misses/hazards)
About You
- Appropriate academic qualifications
- Previous administrative experience
- Customer Service Experience
- The ability to develop and hold relationships
- Be inquisitive with an interest in developing existing skill set and learning new skills
