Customer Service Administrator required


Family run business in Crowborough requires a new member of staff to assist the General Manager with the day to day running of the company including, customer enquiries, processing accounts payments and invoices, liaising with delivery drivers, producing delivery notes and general office duties.

Full training provided, potential for promotion.


Duties:


  • Deal with customer accounts enquiries.
  • Process & send customer invoices & statements.
  • Process and chase customer payments.
  • Route & print drivers work.
  • Organise & liaise with drivers routing/chasing deliveries.
  • Organise & liaise with production staff.
  • Confirm driver's delivery notes.
  • Process driver's commissions & overtime.
  • Assist the general manager with the day to day running of the company.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Provide cover when required for other members of the department.
35 Hours Per week Mon-Fri (No Weekend Work Required)

Good telephone manner and PC skills are essential.
