I am currently recruiting for a Learning and Review manager on a short term contract at Hampshire County Council.
week contract
- up to £400 a day
- outside IR35


Hampshire Adults' Health and Care, Care Governance and Quality Assurance function is responsible for the coordination and delivery of a variety of review work, including serious incident, information to inform Safeguarding Adults Reviews and responding toHM Coroners requests.


Things we are looking for

  • Knowledge of legislation, guidance, and best practice relevant to agencies working within the field of complex health and social care case reviews.
  • A skilled net worker, with a record of accomplishment of collaborative working and building and maintaining positive relationships at all levels, this includes the skill to coach and mentor others as appropriate.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of undertaking different case reviews, including person and family centred.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills and ability to provide accurate written work to a high standard, while maintaining a rigorous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to qualitative data analysis, and demonstrates intellectual curiosity, seeking to understand why, as well as what, events took place.
  • Recognising through analysis where improvements or practice change are required and take a solution focused approach.
  • Able to digest large volumes of information and present in a concise and accessible way, drawing out key learning.
