Main Responsibilities
- Registering Applicants
- Organise viewings after qualifying buyers
- Undertake viewings
- Negotiate and close deals
- Liaise with vendors and sellers
- Learn the company management systems
- Learn the CRMS
- Canvassing for new business
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers
- Diary Management
- Full & Clean Driving license is essential
- Sales experience is preferable
- Willing to learn the industry
- Positive, confident and cando attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Target and sales driven
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Professional
- Pro Active
- One year experience in the industry would be an advantage but not essential
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£16,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
