My client is an outstanding family run organisation who supply home fragrance products. They are looking for a
Key Accounts Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. You will need to drive as there is no local transportation.

08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday. Up to £30,000.

Overall, you will need to thrive in a busy environment and enjoy tackling newchallenges daily with the support of a team.


You will be supporting the Key Account Manager in offering outstanding customer service for our large retail accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities Key Accounts Coordinator:

  • Ensuring key account customer enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Tracking weekly sales and forecasting reports
  • Updating project sheets to ensure projects are on schedule, escalate in issues to relevant team.
  • Answering telephone calls and resolving queries efficiently
  • Create logístical specifications for products to customer requirements.
  • Raising sales orders
  • Ensure compliance is up to date and accurate for all customers. Action with compliance team if necessary
  • Brief teams internally on customer communications and action any follow ups
  • Ensuring all contract details are correct to the specifications agreed.
  • Tracking stock shipments, communicating to relevant parties any changes or delays to delivery
  • Liaising with depots regarding nationwide logistics working to tight deadlines
  • All ad hoc admin
  • Market research
  • Sending perfect samples to customers, relaying customer feedback to relevant teams
  • Booking meetings internally

What the Key Accounts Coordinator should have:

  • Used to working to tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent organisational skills, good communication ability especially written.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • A good understanding of stock management and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload is also important.
