    What will you be doing? 

    The Role

    We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Quality Lead to join our team and support our clients in ensuring consistent delivery performance, supplier quality management, and recovery planning across critical build programmes.

    You will take the lead in coordinating supplier quality activities, ensuring all supply chain partners meet performance and quality standards, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead supply chain quality management to ensure continuous delivery and build support.
    • Report and track quality miss-outs and non-conformities, following up with suppliers on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
    • Support and participate in supplier reviews, monitoring progress on recovery plans.
    • Conduct on-site quality inspections at supplier facilities.
    • Work cross-functionally to implement process improvements and ensure supply chain stability.

    Qualifications

    Experience, skills and qualifications required: 

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
    • Proven experience in supply chain lead and quality management roles.
    • Background in non-conformance management and recovery planning.
    • Strong understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving methods.
    • Experience within the Aerospace or Automotive sectors – ideally with a Tier 1 supplier.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) would be a plus.
    • Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience.
