Description
We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker for our client based in the Oldham area. This role is temporary until May 2023 and an in-date, enhanced DBS is required.


Your role as a Caretaker will include but not be limited to:

  • Dealing with the receipt, distribution, collection and despatch of goods.
  • Relocating furniture throughout the site, e.g., prepping for events.
  • Dealing with cleaning duties, including graffiti removal and litter picking etc.
  • Maintain the security of the site securing entrances and exits and reporting potential breaches.
  • Dealing with minor repairs such as unblocking drains and minor plumbing.
  • Any other duties required.

Caretaker working hours are:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

1 hour for lunch


Caretaker rate of pay will be £10.79 per hour.

Requirements for the Caretaker role:


  • Must have an indate, enhanced DBS
  • Previous experience within a similar role would be ideal
