Description

Driving to pre-arranged Care Homes across East and West Sussex so a confident driving in all seasons is essential.

The role is strictly non-clinical, but will escalate to the Lead Registered Nurse for for all issues brought to your attention, and understanding the limits of your role.

Keeping good, accurate and contemporaneous records at all times.

A patient and calm approach and an understanding of differing levels of Digital experience and knowledge within the individual Care Homes and temper your approach accordingly.

Assisting the Care Homes with uploading of their caseload onto Blue Box telemetry. Supporting and troubleshooting as indicated.

As an SCFT employee an understanding and practice of accessing and sharing of confidential matters in all formats is paramount, and must adhere to SCFT's Confidentiality and Information Governance Policies at all times including when off duty.

To work with the Project Co-Ordinator in regards to the location and numbers of telemetry boxes to ensure maintenance and awareness of costly Digital equipment.
