Description

Due to the increase in sales of Stellantis Vehicles and the introduction of ever-increasing technologies Calex are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a new Product Specialist to work at The Performance Academy in Coventry.

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality engaging automotive training assets for all job roles within the UK network.

Therefore, we are looking for an experienced individual in creating web-based learning, virtual classroom and attended training sessions.

You will be enthusiastic about making a difference to learners' lives and have the enthusiasm to succeed. You will possess great people skills, as well as being organised and confident. You will also be great at working on your own initiative and in a team environment.

You will be able to confidently develop and deliver train the trainer sessions to our delivery teams. Work with and continue to build positive relationships with Brand Product Managers.

You should have a good understanding of Articulate, for Web Based Training modules and Adobe, for Virtual Classroom building.

This role is a hybrid role with a time split between working from home and our UK Headquarters in Coventry.

Time requirements in the office vary week to week based on project requirements.

Responsibilities:

Adapt learning content for the UK market within Articulate
Create engaging Virtual Classroom sessions via the Adobe platform
Create exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Support the creation of additional material and digital media
Maintain project planning documents and course folders
Provide details for digital asset creation, for example scripts or storyboards
Support during filming/creation for accuracy
Handling solution amends
Conduct quality reviews within the team to ensure the highest possible quality
Monitoring progress of projects
Communicating other team members with project details

About you:

Experience in the creation of customer centric learning and training
Proven working experience in designing learning solutions
Exceptional knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Lesson planning skills
Basic HTML, JavaScript and programming knowledge
Strong knowledge of learning development software, specifically Articulate Storyline and Adobe Connect
Microsoft experience: especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Strong at multitasking and working to very precise deadlines
Strong written skills
Excellent communicator, takes pride in their work and has a "can do" attitude
Be willing to challenge where needed to deliver the objectives of the team
Strives to always improve and deliver the highest quality work possible

The role is primarily based in Coventry however there is a mix between being based at Coventry and working from home, this will be determined by your line Manager.

Attendance offsite for work-based projects or events may be required.

Additionally, there are occasions when we are asked to support with events out of hours (including weekends) both in the UK and overseas.

Flexibility to accommodate is required.

Salary:
£30k - £35k dependent on experience, plus Company Car, 26 Days Annual Leave, Calex Employee Benefits Package (inc. High Street Discounts, Online GP, Welfare Scheme).

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
