Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to deal with basic maintenance/repair issues and handyman type of tasks as well as taking care of the building and providing a cleaning service.

You will also complete weekly testing such as fire alarm testing and complete the relavent paperwork.

Key accountabilities:

Identify customers issue and through consultation and agreement with the customer and Team Leader, devise and implement suitable plans to ensure the identified issue is addressed.
Investigate and complete all existing repair orders and maintenance requests.
Deal with reactive, planned & remedial works.
Ensure customer satisfaction around repairs and maintenance.
Customer service skills.
Work in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies & procedures and guidelines.
To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work including working outside office hours to get a premises ready for staff etc.
To work independently and use own initiative
