Job summary

We are looking for a Crew Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Crew Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and supporting high-performing offshore teams, sourcing candidates, and building relationships with existing personnel. You will also prepare work schedules and personnel manning. Qualifications

• Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented
• Maritime industry knowledge and/or interest.
• A good level of knowledge within Microsoft programs such as Excel, Office and with the ability to work with planning systems
• Ability to effectively prioritise and deliver within deadlines
• You have a professional mindset and can handle confidential and personal information
• Relevant university degree within Human Resources, Logistics, Finance & Administration, Management, Psychology, or similar (Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency).
