A major investments and financial services organisation are looking to add Senior User Researchers to their User Centred Design team.

With great processes and structures in place, and big strides being taken towards increasing their UX maturity, it's a fantastictime to join a friendly and welcoming team.

What you'll be doing

As part of the user centred design team, you'll be joining over 25 practitioners in UX Design, User Research, Content Design and Visual Design.

You'll also work closely with Product Managers, Developers and Business Analysts as well as the wider team.

There are opportunities available in several multidisciplinary teams, in which you'll be working to Agile processes, often from the discovery stage onwards.

The user research team also has a fantastic collaborative working structure, so your work will be supportedby insights from parallel product teams.

Your research will be shaping product development across a variety of areas at a crucial time for this organisation, in an environment where user insights are taken seriously.

What experience you'll need to apply:

Confidence in utilising a range of qualitative user experience research methods.
Can draw insights from data collected through qualitative and quantitative methods.
Experience designing effective collaborative workshops.
Have worked as part of a multidisciplinary digital product team.

- (Desirable) Understanding of accessible design principles.
