Compensation:
£28, ,000 per annum regardless of age

The Role


As a Starbucks Store Manager, you'll have the opportunity to set the goals and standards that you want your team to work towards as well as a role model of the store operations standards that define our _Starbucks Experience.

_ You will become an expert in coffee and will be responsible for the smooth operation of your vibrant, modern store - you really get to utilise your leadership and motivational skills and guide your team to success


You'll be in an energetic store environment where you'll have the ability to positively influence and guide others, maintain an encouraging team environment, and continuously develop your leadership skills.

You'd make a great Store Manager if you:

  • Coach, mentor and motivate the team to achieve amazing results and delegate tasks
  • Are confident in leading, deploying, and guiding others.
  • Ensure you and your team provide a fantastic customer service experience
  • Look to drive profitability and meet targets
  • Recruit for your store and ensure your team is made to feel welcome and trained to the highest standards
  • Complete administration, stock take, banking & finance duties
  • Prepare and serve our popular wellloved products
  • Ensure that our restaurants look presentable and vibrant
  • Have excellent communications skills.

Got what it takes?

  • Management / Supervisor / Previous Store Manager experience is desired
  • Coffee / Catering / Restaurant / Hospitality experience is even better
  • Flexibility with working hours & early morning starts
