Customer Service Advisor, Ashford
We have an excellent opportunity for an individual with high level customer service skills to join our Service Team.

As a Service Advisor you would be the primary contact and friendly face to our customers bringing their cars in for service and repairs.

You would be the key link between our technical team and the customer giving the best advice on our services and products, whilst keeping them updated at every stage to ensure we deliver a class leading customer service.

You do not need previous automotive experience to be successful in this role.

A full Skoda training programme, supplied by the Volkswagen Group, leading to Accredited status is provided alongside in-house training with integral support from our technical experts.
