We are currently looking for a Customer Accounts Advisor to join our client's team in Stoke on Trent (ST11 area) on a permanent basis.

Our client is a UK leading supplier in their industry, who's service is provided to over 800 repeat business to business customers.

Working within a team of 3, this role will be supporting the credit control process of a large sales ledger.

Key job details:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (full time). Part time is available at 2530hrs per week and weekdays working only
Salary: £24,000 (full time). The salary is prorata for part time.

Customer Accounts Advisor main duties:

Reviewing and releasing customer orders held at Credit Control, liaising with the Sales team if there are any issues
Effectively collecting outstanding balances via different communication channels
Allocating customer receipts
Managing your ledger with an element of commerciality and risk awareness
Build rapport with a range of stakeholders, including customers, and other internal teams

Person specification for this role:

You will need to have some experience of Credit Control previously. Ideally, it would be within a business to business environment.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner to be able to build rapport with relevant stakeholders
IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong work ethic
Keen eye for detail
