Description

Accounts assistant will:

  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department

Profile

Accounts assistant will have:

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
