The Opportunity

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a recovery executive to join our collections department_._ Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual who has a desire to build a career within the Company.

You will be responsible for

Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.
To promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and professional working relationship with all customers and colleagues.
Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.
Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.

Key skills for success in the role

Must speak Polish
Business level
At least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance.
Be highly reliable, organised and adaptable.
Have excellent attention to detail and be confident working with numbers
Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic and can do attitude.
