The Opportunity


To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a recovery executive to join our collections department_._ Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual who has a desire to build a career within the Company.


You will be responsible for

  • Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.
  • To promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and professional working relationship with all customers and colleagues.
  • Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.
  • Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.

Key skills for success in the role

  • Must speak Polish
  • Business level
  • At least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance.
  • Be highly reliable, organised and adaptable.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and be confident working with numbers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic and can do attitude.

£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
