Set in over 20 acres of tranquil parkland, South Lytchett Manor Caravan and Camping Park in Dorset was the AA's Campsite of the Year With a range of accommodation on offer, from campsite spots and caravanning, to our bespoke glamping options, we pride ourselves our offering a best-in-class holiday experience for families.
We are currently looking for two Full Time Site Assistants to work at our five-star caravan and camping park, near Bournemouth in Dorset.
The roles are varied and can change on a daily basis so you will need to have a flexible approach to your duties and hours of work depending on the occupancy demands throughout the season.
We are a very busy park and work hard to ensure we deliver a five star customer experience consistently, with everyone pitching in as needed.
While we work hard, we have great team spirit and a laugh is never too far awayOne individual will be a computer literate, self-motivated and well-organised person with great customer service skills.
This individual must be prepared to help with the shop, bakery, barista coffee as well as some general cleaning responsibilities.
The second individual will be working within the grounds with duties including but not limited to, mowing, strimming, tractor/commercial mowers (Driving Licence essential) cleaning duties, and supporting the team in the reception, shop, bakery and cafe.
In the high season (6 weeks), you will be required to work on weekends and bank holidays on varied shifts, up to 48 hours per week.
Both will work the same shift patterns and days off.Requirements:
- You've got a passion for giving brilliant customer service and have experience working within the hospitality industry
- Superb people and soft skills
- Strong ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
- Full UK driving licence
