Description

We are looking for Trainers who can deliver Security Training.

Education, qualifications and training:

One of the following teaching qualifications are essential:
Level 3 PTLLS or Award in Education and Training (AET).
Level 4 CTLLS or Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (CET);
Level 5 DTLLS or Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training (DET)/CELTA Cert Ed
Postgraduate/Professional Graduate Certificate in Education
Assessor/ IQA qualifications.
Teaching experience, particularly with a focus on adult learners
Experience of demonstrating a strong commitment to Diversity inclusion

Knowledge / skills:

Knowledge of Health & Safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills verbally and written
Able to deliver virtual courses online and classroom delivery
IT Literate
MS Office, Outlook, Zoom
Strong organisational skills
To be selfmotivated with an initiative in solving practical problems and limited supervision
Demonstrate a creative and imaginative approach to learnercentred delivery
Commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of our learners
Digital classroom delivery
Preparing effective written and visual teaching materials in line with course requirements
Work as part of a team and to develop and sustain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
