About the role - What's your purpose?
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and energetic Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a busy and fast-paced environment with offices based in London, New York and Hong Kong.
This is a short-term contract (either with a daily rate or a fixed-term contract).
Responsibilities - What will you be doing?
- Managing all daytoday functions for our CEO by strategically planning their time and aligning priorities
- Writing and sharing communications on behalf of the CEO to many different stakeholders, including board members, highprofile external connections, senior leadership, and large teams internally and externally
- Owning travel arrangements, bookings, and expenses for the CEO
- Coordinating meetings and calls while scheduling across multiple time zones ensuring participants have all needed prep materials (notes, decks, CVs etc)
- Assisting with project work and ad hoc miscellaneous initiatives, as needed
- Assisting the senior leadership team on an ad hoc basis
Requirements:
Who are we looking for?
- Previous EA experience working at Csuite preferably within scaleup environments
- Previous experience working in a fastgrowing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organisation
- Ability to effectively manage a heavy fastpaced workload
- Good professional judgement and emotional intelligence
- Thrives under pressure
- Detail orientated with the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Selfmotivate
