ROLE PURPOSE
Our client are a South East based utilities construction company are looking for an experienced administrator, working from their Eastleigh offices, job details are as follows:

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Daily management of the work group for civils
  • Ensure gangs have work sent to phone in a timely manner
  • Send supervisors/gangs sewer maps and utility drawings
  • Update and manage the Civils work list for the County
  • Update customers by telephone and keep CSMS updated
  • Close completed work orders in time for billing
  • Provide admin support to other counties when required
  • Be part of a 1 in 4 call out rota to provide drawings to operatives in emergencies
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post
