About Our Client:
A leading company
- Provide a range of admin support, including arranging travel and events
- Be responsible for calendar management, research, preparation of presentations, reports and papers
- Support marketing activity, updating social media platforms.
- Provide reception cover on Fridays each week and on an ad hoc basis, maintaining high standards of service
- Arrange meetings, venues, refreshments and audiovisual equipment/technology
- Produce papers, reports, agendas, spreadsheets and presentations to a high standard
- Manage the Managing Director's Outlook Calendar
- Organise travel and accommodation for the Directors, Associate Directors and wider Buccleuch Property team
- Run a comprehensive bring forward system, flagging actions well in advance to provide an adequate timescale for the Managing Director to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare expense forms, mileage claims and reconcile credit card statements on a monthly basis
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Buccleuch Property team, including monitoring and replenishing of stationary, minute taking, dealing with telephone enquiries and ensuring that paper and computerbased filing systems are accurately maintained
- Regularly update contact lists, the Lobbying Register and the Gift & Hospitality register
- Support the PA/Office Manager with daytoday office maintenance issues and ensure that communal areas are maintained to a high standard
- Ensure the wellbeing of colleagues, report accidents, assist with safety checks, and update health and safety records
- Support the admin team with updating of social media platforms, responding to enquiries and comments
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, images, electronic documents and artwork
- Assist the PA/Office Manager with organisation of corporate and social events
- Communicate on a weekly (and ongoing) basis on progress of workload and imminent/outstanding priorities, ensuring that your manager and the Directors are kept updated on the status of projects
- Ensure compliance with GDPR guidelines and assist the team with all associated administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant:
Advanced skills in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to prioritise effectively with excellent organisational skillsStrong customer service focus
Confident, with a professional and friendly mannerEye for detail and high professional standards
A 'can do' attitude and willingness to provide support and assistance to colleaguesPositive and flexible approach to work
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWell presented
What's on Offer:
Salary (dependent on experience)
Circa £25,000

In addition, we will offer a retention bonus of £1,000 to be paid on completion of the contract.
