CS Hodges a long established maintenance company are looking for an experienced Scheduler / Administrator to join their existing team.


Job description


In this role you will be required to carry out a variety of work and deal with both operatives and subcontractors.


Duties of the role include:

  • Responding to calls from customers reporting required works
  • Detailing an accurate understanding of the work / repair required before passing the job to the operative.
  • Utilising help desks and scheduling systems to ensure customers receive a timely service and updates. Meeting SLA's and KPI's.
  • Placing orders with subcontractors
  • Tracking progress of works from inception to completion. It is essential/desirable you have experience in a repairs & maintenance environment.
  • Excellent customer service and a good telephone manner.
  • Experience with working engineers diaries/scheduling day to day reactive repairs.
  • Possess excellent communication skills/IT literate.
  • Raising and sending approved quotes to clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly organised with a good attention to detail proactive and positive 'can do' attitude.

Pay:
£24,000 - £26,000 per year
