Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and orders
Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
Assist website manager in processing web orders or when on annual leave or when required
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments

Skills:

Need to IT literate due using Shopify website platform
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build relationships
Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
We need a construction/automotive background prefered
Basic math skills for processing orders and calculating discounts or totals
Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally

This is a full-time position with competitive pay. We offer opportunities for career growth and development within our company.

Pay:
£12.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
