Description
Monitoring the IT Support System (TopDesk) for tasks that would be supported by you within your role.

Supporting the diagnostic team with creating and updating support calls in the IT Support System (TopDesk), keeping end users informed of process and ensuring service is delivered to SLAs and quality standards.

Running routine reports or stats for Pharmacy/Pathology/Radiology. Catalogue maintenance for EMIS Pharmacy systems.

Routine basic weekly functional testing for Pharmacy business continuity machines. Liaising with secretaries from within and outside the trust regarding data transfers. Support with the delivery and testing of IT systems. Support the production and maintenance of support documentation.

To take part in out of hours work for projects or on-call rotas, where required.

Keep up to date with relevant technologies, new techniques and developments that might occur and provide training to others if required with the areas you cover.
