£30k - £40k + 38 days paid time off per year + Vitality Health Insurance

Are you looking to use your excellent project management skills in a fast paced, fast growing scale-up that is working towards saving lives and improving patient care? We have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Success Coordinator role in our Customer Success team.


Our Customer Success colleagues work with Hospitals, Universities and Nursing Colleges helping them to leverage our cutting edge technologies to transform healthcare education and training to improve patient care.


As a CS Coordinator you will be instrumental in orchestrating the integration and rollout of our VR simulation-based education, training and assessment platform for our clients.


Reporting directly to our Global Head of Customer Success you will work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to coordinate our team for new and existing client implementations, ensuring an exceptional service that will enable them to get the most from our products.


Because of you excellent planning and organisational skills, OMS will deliver more training, more quickly, and at a higher quality to those that need it, both on the front lines of healthcare and in healthcare education.

Are you ready?


Who you are:


  • You have at least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a SAAS or consultancy company
  • You have strong organisational skills, can multitask and shift priorities, and excel at planning and resource coordination
  • You are proactive, pragmatic and efficient and have the drive to see your projects succeed
  • You are proficient JIRA (or an equivalent project management tool) user
  • You are comfortable coordinating our rollouts in all types of settings, making sure we have the right people in the right place at the right time
  • You have great interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a team player you may have a job title but you're always willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever help is needed.

What will you be doing:


  • You will be the link between our Customer Success and Sales teams. You will sit within the Customer Success team and will use Sales data to plan resources for our product integrations in client organisations.
  • Roadmapping: Working together with the Customer Success colleagues, you will develop, execute, and refine project plans to ensure the seamless integration, deployment, success, continued use and renewal of our solutions.
  • Resource coordination: you will organise and direct the Customer Success team for priority activities as required to satisfy the successful outcome of each implementation.
  • Risk Management: You will anticipate, mitigate, and manage potential project pitfalls, always ensuring we do not compromise on quality or delivery timelines.
  • Stakeholder communication: You will ensure our team understands their priorities. You will provide regular stakeholder updates on each project, manage expectations and address concerns.
  • Continuous Evaluation and Improvement: You will implement metrics and KPIs to monitor project progress, ensuring timely deliveries and consistent alignment with our overarching objectives. You will gather lessons learned to improve our processes.
  • You will be using your growth mindset to continuously learn as you go deepening your understanding of the project management methodologies as well as our sector, our products and the value they can bring.
