Tempest Resourcing are seeking an experienced caretaker in the Sheerness area.

The role will require someone to start asap and have experience as a caretaker in a school setting, or a housing association.

The role will include common caretaking duties suchas; security, lighting, heating, stock control, cleaning, maintenance, store keeping, energy conservation, emergencies and sometimes grounds keeping.

The caretaker of the school would report to the premises manager in most cases.
