Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in Paisley. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that clinical practice within the Orthopaedic specialty is up-to-date and of high quality.The post holder will lead educational initiatives within the Orthopaedic service, promote continuous improvement of patient-centered care, and develop, deliver, and evaluate specialty-specific educational programs and sessions.
Key responsibilities include coordinating seamless care with multidisciplinary teams, providing a high-quality safe and supportive environment for patients,
- To assist in coordinating the provision of seamless care in conjunction with the Lead Nurse Advanced Nurse Practitioner & Medical staff.
- To provide a high quality safe and supportive environment in order to care for patients within the Orthopaedic directorate.
