Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning multidisciplinary practice located in between Leeds & Wakefield.

Based just off the motorway, this award-winning practice is looking to add a Senior Architectural Technologist to its team of 23 employees.

This practice started up as a planning consultancy and they are considered as the leading and largest masterplanning & planning consultancy in Yorkshire.

They have an architectural team of 5 which consists of Architects and now due to further workload, thereare seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead on the technical front.

They work on a wide variety of projects including commercial, sustainable homes, retail, & industrial projects.

You could find yourself working on the extension and remodeling of commercial projects, luxury sustainable residential homes, industrial developments,and redevelopment of leisure centers and offices.

The salary for this position is between £40K-£45K depending on previous experience. They have a flexible working arrangement and all staff can work at home 1 day a week.

The Role:
Senior Architectural Technologist

Lead in the technical aspects of the business
Use Revit daily and experience with Revit is expected
Forwardfacing position with clients
Managing projects and attending site when necessary
Working closely with building authorities
Produce, approve and review technical drawings in the business

Based between Leeds & Wakefield this practice is based just off the motorway with onsite parking.

Salary between £40K & £45K
Hybrid working, four days in the office and one day at home
