NOW Education are currently working closely with a SEMH/ Behavioural School in the Eastern part of Birmingham that offers an alternative education to Primary and Key Stage 3 male pupils.


We are currently recruiting high calibre behaviour specialists to join their established team for the new academic year due to growth and expansion.


The school have had a successful year this year and as a result are able to bring more students to their setting, therefore they're looking to expand their team.

To meet their pupils' wide ranging educational and social needs, they provide a bespoke curriculum, which provides a natural progression towards full participation within the National Curriculum framework.

I am looking to recruit behaviour specialist who possesses the following;
Essential

  • The ability to establish relationships quickly with hard to reach children
  • Positive role model
  • Shows resilience
  • Experience in supporting students with Social Emotional and Mental Health Issues
  • The ability to manage challenging or violent behaviours.
Desirable
- restraint training e.g MAPA, PMV, Team Teach.


This role would be suited to education professionals, but also those that have worked in children's residential homes or youth offenders.

It would also be suited to Youth Workers, Sports Coaches, Ex Military staff, and Prison Officers.

Salary:
£67.00-£114.62 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • SEMH: 1 year (preferred)
Challenging Behaviours: 1 year (preferred)
