NOW Education are currently working closely with a SEMH/ Behavioural School in the Eastern part of Birmingham that offers an alternative education to Primary and Key Stage 3 male pupils.
We are currently recruiting high calibre behaviour specialists to join their established team for the new academic year due to growth and expansion.
The school have had a successful year this year and as a result are able to bring more students to their setting, therefore they're looking to expand their team.
To meet their pupils' wide ranging educational and social needs, they provide a bespoke curriculum, which provides a natural progression towards full participation within the National Curriculum framework.
I am looking to recruit behaviour specialist who possesses the following;Essential
- The ability to establish relationships quickly with hard to reach children
- Positive role model
- Shows resilience
- Experience in supporting students with Social Emotional and Mental Health Issues
- The ability to manage challenging or violent behaviours.
- restraint training e.g MAPA, PMV, Team Teach.
This role would be suited to education professionals, but also those that have worked in children's residential homes or youth offenders.

£67.00-£114.62 per day
