£21,000 - £23,100 + Benefits.
LifeSearch are looking to grow our Compare The Market (CTM) Client Support Team.
In this role you will need to be proactive in supporting our client's journey through Compare The Market and thinking outside of the box to get the right cover in place for each family.
With a big daily case load it is vital that you can manage your time, follow ups, and team goals across a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
Having an innovative way of working and approaching any challenges will ensure you grow into the role and becomea vital part of the team.
Being able to handle courageous conversations with sensitivity and care will be a learning curve and comes with experience.You will need to take families from the pot every day which can vary from families a day.
On top of this your diary can reach daily levels of 120 cases so a lot of multi-tasking is involved.
We believe in flexible working and understand that everyonelikes to approach things in their own way which is why you are free to manage your day and your diary how you wish.
