Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gardner/Handy Man to join our team.

The Handy Man will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities.

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks
Repair or replace broken equipment, appliances, or fixtures
Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Landscaping and groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, and irrigation
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Ability to perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina to handle manual labour tasks
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Valid driver's license
