I am working with a leading IT company who are looking for a Marketing Manager to support on a 12 month basis for a MAT cover.

This is a remote UK role, Inside IR35 via Umbrella paying up to £330 a day.

Responsibilities:

Align local employer brand priorities with global employer brand strategy
Develop and execute multichannel campaigns to deliver internal and external employer brand strategy ensuring brand values are properly reflected at all touchpoints (e.g., throughout campaigns, digital and print collateral, and events)
Increase employer brand presence, content, and tone of voice across several regional locations ensuring the use of digital channels with associated reporting; working closely with Brand team to ensure best practice
Liaise with stakeholders
Management of delivery timelines
Manage agency partners
Manage and update content on careers landing pages (internal and external)
Analysing data, creating programmes in response to the business needs

Skills Needed to apply:

Student / Education / University background
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent experience of and work in marketing and communications, especially focused on employer brand and digital content marketing
Ability to drive content creation and review, understanding how to write for and tone for different channels
Strong project management skills
